WEBDETECTIVE Affiliate also has the obligation to ensure that materials posted on its site or within emails do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights). Affiliate also must ensure that materials posted on its site are not in any way illegal, abusive, libelous, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.

Affiliate shall (a) make adequate disclosures as required by law to those on its email list(s) regarding Affiliate's email and privacy and security policies; (b) respond to all complaints within one (1) business day after Affiliate becomes aware of the complaint, (c) provide Company with a copy of every complaint, immediately upon Affiliate's receipt thereof, (d) implement any corrective action Company may require and (e) comply with any legal and/or other requirements Company may reasonably specify.

From time to time Company may also choose to offer a special Privacy Chest subscription bonus on the Web Detective order page(s) for qualified subscribers. These are limited time offerings and may or may not be available to all Subscribers. The Privacy Chest Special Bonus, if selected, is also a recurring membership format. Clients are given a full month free trial and can cancel at any time within the given trial period, otherwise a monthly fee of $38.83 will be incurred for each membership month thereafter. Subscriber can easily cancel a Privacy Chest membership by calling 1-888-432-4378 (1-88-TheChest) between the regular business hours of 8am EST and 7pm EST, Monday through Friday. Subscriber must provide Company a minimum of two (2) days (48 hours) prior to a reoccurring charge date to process any request to cancel a monthly reoccurring charge. If a cancellation request is received with the above noted minimum 48 hours notice, Company will stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. Any charge backs or disputes that do not comply with this cancellation policy will be aggressively pursued.

Consent To Binding Arbitration Before The American Arbitration Association

By execution of this Agreement Subscriber hereby consents and agrees that any and all disputes that may arise concerning this Agreement or any of the terms of this Agreement, or that concern any aspect of the relationship between Subscriber and Company, shall be decided exclusively in binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (hereinafter the “AAA”). Subscriber and Company further consent and agree Subscriber may file its complaint with the AAA in its state of residence, but that all AAA arbitration hearings shall be conducted in California before a single AAA arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Section R-13, Appointment from Panel, of AAA's Commercial Arbitration rules. Subscriber and Company consent and agree that the AAA arbitrator shall exclusively apply.
razoreye media USE OF SOFTWARE. Company may make certain software available to you from the Sites. If you download software from the Sites, the software, including all files and images contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data (collectively, "Software") are deemed to be licensed to you by Company, for your personal, noncommercial, home use only. Company does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights to the Software, and Company retains full and complete title to the Software as well as all intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce the Software, nor may you decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert the Software to a human-perceivable form. All trademarks and logos are owned by Company or its licensors and you may not copy or use them in any manner.
